  • Dr.
    S. S. Cheema

    Dr. Cheema started his career as a dog breeder in India. He used to breed labrador, boxers and dobermann. His passion for veterinary profession and his family of veterinarians led him to become a veterinarian. Dr. Cheema is a graduate of PAU, Ludhiana, India and has been practicing since 1996. He completed his residency at Iowa State University. He started his career in New Jersey and his family, which includes nine veterinarians practicing in Northern California, motivated him to move to California in 2004. Dr. Cheema has been practicing in Antelope Valley since 2005. His wife, Raman Cheema, also works at the hospital as Customer Service Manager and helps with day-to-day operations.

    Diana Chandler

    Dr. Diana Chandler graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She grew up in the Antelope Valley and joined our team in 2014. She currently resides in in the Antelope Valley with her husband Cody, their son Jefferson Cody, and their two rescue dogs Keller and Charlie. Dr. Chandler enjoys sewing, baking, hiking, and going to Disneyland whenever possible.

  • Gagan S.
    (Manager and Veterinary Technician)

    Gagan has been working at Sears Veterinary Hospital since 2006. Born in farmer's house and ancestors were reputed farmers in Rajasthan, India. Farming and horse breeding is in his blood. After coming to US he worked in a pharmaceutical company for 5 years and then moved to Antelope Valley to work at SVH.

  • Kimberly G.
    RVT

    Kimberly has been apart of our team since March 2015. Since kindergarten she has dreamed about working in the veterinary field. Kimberly has always loved animals with dogs being her favorite. She has 4 dogs and would love to get more. In her spare time she likes to be at the lake with her family.

  • Laura C.
    (Veterinary Technician)

    Laura has always loved helping and working with animals. After graduating high school in 2000, she started her first job working for the Universal Studios movie animal ranch, and then at 19 she started at her first Veterinary hosp in Acton. After deciding on her career path, Laura enrolled and later graduated from the RVT program at Pierce College in 2010, and is currently pursuing her RVT license. Laura loves spending time with her husband Wayne, her son, Gavin and daughter, Alyssa. She has 3 dogs, 3 cats, a turtle and 2 huge goldfish.

  • Vanessa B.
    (Receptionist)

    Vanessa has been a part of the Sears Veterinary Team since 2005. She is an animal lover and holds a special place in her heart for giraffes and corgis. She has few pets of her own which include a cat, a few birds and a fish. If she could, she would adopt and love every abandoned or homeless animal. On her days off she enjoys spending time with her family and sipping on anything pumpkin flavored.

  • Laura T.
    (Receptionist)

    Laura has been with part of Sears veterinary team since 2011, she lived in Oklahoma for 6 years while her husband was in the Army and in 2011 moved back to California to be closer to family. Laura graduated high school in 1999 and has always wanted to pursue a career that was with animals. She has been in the Veterinary field for close to 10 years, and enjoys working close with the clients and their beloved pets. She also has her own four legged family members who she loves, Arwen her dog, Cuddles and Illidan her 2 cats.

  • Candis M.
    (Receptionist)

    Candis has been a part of Sears Veterinary family since May 2015. She has lived in the Antelope Valley since 1970 and has been in the veterinary field for over 16 years. Candis loves animals and has 2 dogs 1 cat and 3 bunnies all of which were rescues, she also loves horses. Candis enjoyes spending time with her animals and her family on her days off.

  • Rachel G.
    (Veterinary Assistant)

    Rachel has been in California since the age of six, she has beenaround cats and dogs her whole life. She has two kids and a cat. She has been apart of the Sears Veterinary team since 2011, she is an animal lover and enjoys working with them as each day is a new experience.
